**"In a nutshell"**
Als Pricing Manager bij The Adecco Group speel je een cruciale rol bij het bepalen en het implementeren van nieuwe prijsstrategieen voor België, Luxemburg & Nederland. Jij bent dan ook de cruciale spil tussen CFO en het sales team.

Op voltijdse basis werk jij aan het vormen en implementeren van de pricing strategie aan de hand van een vastgesteld financieel doel. Daarnaast werk jij als coördinator van de pricing programma's zoals de jaarlijkse centrale price increases, om ervoor te zorgen dat prijzen in lijn blijven met de aangeboden services.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
**Marktkennis**

Je beschikt over de nodige ervaring en pricing gerelateerde marktkennis om bestaande strategieën te ondersteunen en nieuwe projecten te ontwikkelen.

**Analyse & Controle**

Je voert regelmatige (wekelijks, maandelijks & ad hoc) analyses & controles van de huidige activiteiten & processen uit. Op basis van de analyse geef je een aanbeveling aan het senior management over rendabiliteit op land -, segment/ business line of kantoor niveau.

**KPI-analyse**

Je werkt continue met de juiste KPI’s om het prijsbeleid nauwkeurig te monitoren. Daarnaast weet jij de juiste dashboards te ontwikkelen gekoppeld aan de juiste revenu kanalen.

**Stakeholder management**

Je werkt nauw samen met de interne en externe stakeholders waarbij het opzetten van een gestructureerde samenwerking met Sales teams, lokale field controllers, business intelligence departement, IT departement centraal staat. Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en bent de projectlead voor pricing gerelateerde projecten.

**Innovatie**

Je bent actief op zoek naar verbeteringen, nieuwe opportuniteiten en anticipeert op veranderingen in subsidies, premies, fiscale zaken. Vervolgens kun je kansen vertalen in procesmatige en doelgerichte acties die de commerciële medewerkers kunnen ondersteunen.

**Management**

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor pricing gerelateerde vragen vanuit de interne organisatie en klanten. Je speelt een actieve rol in de internationale pricing community waarbij het uitwisselen van best practices, ad-hocprojecten en workstreams centraal staat.

**Overige taken**
- Ondersteunen van tender en pricing processen bij klanten en prospecten met als doel het maximaliseren van de succesratio’s voor tenders.
- In kaart brengen van de value streams voor klanten teneinde een correcte prijsopbouw te verzekeren.
- Onderhouden en bijsturen van de pricing training programma’s in de interne organisatie.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het animeren en up to date houden van de interne communicatie platforms (intranet, newsletter, etc)
- Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en bijsturen van de pricing policies, approval processen, pricing modellen, kost allocatie modellen, price lists etc..
- Het inzichtelijk maken van management informatie die toestaan om rendabele groei en mix-management op te volgen

**Gevraagde vaardigheden & ervaring**
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands/Engels. Kennis Frans is een plus.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen strategisch pricing management.
- Ervaring project management (operationeel & strategisch).
- Ervaring Yield management & ancillary pricing.
- Kennis MS Office (focus op Excel toepassing).
- Rijbewijs B.
