**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of data analytic and integration services, ensuring they meet business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as a point of contact for data and integration service requests, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and maintain service management processes, including request intake, prioritization, and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business units, to understand service requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all service delivery activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on service performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service management processes and methodologies.
**_Education and experience_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in managing data and integration services
- Strong understanding of data integration technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent service management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality services on time and within SLAs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data governance and security practices.
- Proficiency in service management tools and software.
