**Description du poste**:
En tant que Customer Consultant Advanced - Logistics Services and Supply Chain, vous serez le magicien qui agite la baguette du bonheur client tout en jonglant avec l'analyse et l'optimisation des processus. Vous serez la personne de référence pour nos clients VIP à travers l'Europe. Vous échangerez avec les équipes de vente et nos magiciens internes.

Voici ce que vous ferez:

- Devenez le meilleur ami du client et veillez à ce que le processus de la commande à l'encaissement reste sur la bonne voie.
- Bousculez les choses (dans le bon sens) en améliorant nos processus. Vous êtes comme le DJ de l'O2C, enchaînant les améliorations comme s'il s'agissait de vos morceaux préférés.
- Surveillez nos clients et aidez-les à grandir en sagesse logistique. Pensez à vous comme leur GPS vers le succès.
- Saupoudrez votre poussière logistique sur des éléments tels que l'optimisation des tailles de commandes, des plannings de livraison, et la gestion des niveaux de stock, un peu comme une fée de la logistique.
- Organisez des rencontres mensuelles avec les clients ? Exactement, vous serez notre maître de cérémonie.

Qualifications:

- Vous avez un diplôme de Licence ou de Master, ou vous êtes un as de la logistique. Plus sérieusement, de l'expérience en logistique ou en O2C est un atout.
- Vous n'êtes pas seulement un joueur d'équipe, vous êtes l'âme de la fête dans notre environnement interfonctionnel et interculturel.
- Vous êtes aussi proactif qu'un super-héros et capable de transformer un problème en une formalité.
- L'analyse, c'est votre truc, et vous avez les compétences Excel pour le prouver. SAP et MS Office ? Un jeu d'enfant.
- En ce qui concerne les langues, vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais, et si vous parlez néerlandais, c'est comme parler la poésie de la logistique.
- Enfin, vous êtes un papillon social qui sait gérer le stress avec le sourire, et peut-être même faire une blague ou deux.
