**Sales Development Representative**

**Location**:Belgium (Hybrid way of working - HQ is in Leuven)

Have you recently graduated in Business and you're wondering which direction to go in; Sales or Marketing?

A SDR could be the ideal role for you to give you a perspective of both.

In 2021, our Presales and Sales teams were flat out dealing with demos, client engagements and ultimately closing deals, almost all of our customers have come from inbound leads; this is where you come in, we need your help to not only qualify all the inbound leads but also to prospect and help with our outbound campaigns.

And the USP you can talk about in your story telling? Well, our Customers claim more than a 400% efficiency gain in their first year using VaultSpeed. No wonder we have 0% churn for the second year in a row :)

**High Level**:
You will lead proactive outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification and convert marketing leads to sales qualified leads to help build a strong sales pipeline.

**Drilling into the details:
- You'll become an expert at using Hubspot to generate lists of target prospect accounts
- You'll qualify prospects/leads based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
- Schedule discovery calls for our sales team
- You will meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
- You strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission

**About You**:

- You have already had your first inside sales or SDR role and looking to sell a more convincing product
- Ability to speak with Chief Data Officers, Data Scientists, Head of Analytics, BI Experts, CIOs, IT Directors, and ask intelligent questions
- You'll have genuine customer empathy
- You're organized and possess strong time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
- A sense of urgency and persistence
- Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility - we're a small company that moves and reacts fast
