Emeria Benelux is een **snelgroeiende vastgoeddienstengroep** ten dienste van particulieren en bedrijven. Het heeft een **leidende **positie **in België, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg en is ook aanwezig in Nederland.
De holding Emeria Benelux is actief in **drie business lines**:
- Beheer van onroerend goed en verhuur met de merken OP, Gestea en Smart Syndic;
- Verkoop en verhuur van onroerend goed met het merk Trevi;
- Vastgoedbeheer (institutionele klanten) met het merk Esset.
De groep heeft de **ambitie **om in al haar activiteiten toonaangevend te zijn en erkend te worden voor de **kwaliteit **van haar diensten.
**Functie**
Ter versterking van ons interne IT-team zijn wij op zoek naar een medewerker die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de** interne 1e lijns IT-ondersteuning**. U werkt voltijds in de hoofdzetel van het bedrijf in Brussel, Vilain XIIII-straat, met occasionele verplaatsingen naar Vlaanderen en Luxemburg.
**Interne ondersteuning**
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de interne eerstelijnsondersteuning voor ICT-systemen (ongeveer 400 mensen in 15 kantoren)
- Technische bijstand verlenen
- Problemen van gebruikers helpen oplossen
**Direct aanspreekpunt**
- Het directe aanspreekpunt zijn voor gebruikers en externe IT-leveranciers
- Gemakkelijk communiceren met deze contactpersonen voor het oplossen van problemen
- Apparatuur bestellen en volgen
- Assisteren bij de invoering van nieuwe programma's of oplossingen
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de administratie en documentatie van het systeem
**Met het bijzonder bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken**:
- Voorbereiding van de komst van nieuwe medewerkers, zoals aankoop van hardware, installatie van software, voorbereiding van een opstartpakket
- Administratieve follow-up van aankopen en voorraadbeheer
- Opvolging van verzoeken die in het ticketing systeem zijn ingevoerd.
- Doorvoeren van wijzigingen aan interne systemen, waaronder telefonie
- Je werkt nauw samen met uw collega Support & ICT Manager, die eindverantwoordelijk is voor uw acties.
**Profiel**
- Minimaal een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke IT helpdesk/support rol.
- Goede kennis van Windows (Client + Server), bij voorkeur ook M365/O365.
- Ervaring en/of kennis van Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper-V, SolarWinds (of andere ticketing oplossing) en PowerShell zijn ook een pluspunt.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels
U staat ook bekend om uw stiptheid en nauwkeurigheid. U bent niet bang voor administratieve taken zoals checklists, voorraadbeheer, opvolging van bestellingen, enz.
**Technische vaardigheden**
- Het personeel informeren over technische problemen, wijzigingen en uit te voeren correcties
- Technische oplossingen en aanbevelingen opstellen en aan het personeel meedelen
- Technische problemen van medewerkers analyseren
- Complexe technische problemen vooraf analyseren en rapporteren aan specialisten (studies, onderzoek, onderhoud, enz.)
