**Your new role**
- Windows Application Engineer
- You will be working on the 2nd line support.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
**Your profile**
- Fluent in EN, FR and NL.
- Experience in 2nd Line Support.
- Strong experience with **MS SQL** & **ITIL**, not only in theory but in practice as well.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving acumen.
- Proficiency in Windows operating system.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of independent work and effective team collaboration.
