**Duties**:
This position serves as an administrative lead for coordinating U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of State (DOS) participation in senior-level meetings, conferences, and VIP visits, particularly in the Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) sector. Responsibilities include organizing travel, lodging, accreditation, security, meeting spaces, and catering, while ensuring smooth execution of logistics for official visitors. The role involves detailed data management in systems such as SmartSheets, CRM, and SharePoint, and includes managing communications for major events, coordinating classified meetings, and updating standard operating procedures.

Additionally, the position requires policy research on European law enforcement institutions and maintaining briefing materials for supervisors. It includes preparing budget documents for the ICASS Budget Committee, managing DOJ’s financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with funding protocols. The role also involves office management, coordinating meetings, and supporting high-level conferences, including handling procurement and ensuring proper travel and voucher documentation. Furthermore, the position includes training interns, assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of JHA staff, and acting as a liaison for financial issues between DOJ and the Tri-Mission Financial Management Center (FMC).

The position also entails assisting with various administrative tasks related to U.S. government delegations, including meeting coordination, VIP travel arrangements, procurement, and ensuring financial operations are handled within deadlines.

**EXPERIENCE**: Three to five years of professional and government/policy experience in a senior-level office environment. Must have experience with research and/or policy analysis, and with budgeting and/or accounting.

**JOB KNOWLEDGE**: The job holder must be familiar with the Department of Justice and the Department of State mission priorities. The job holder must also have knowledge of the external operating environment with European Union institutions, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited educational institution.
