Your role
As a Talent Projects & Academy Officer you help implement the people part of Stibbe’s business strategy together with the Head of Talent Development/HR. You are part of a team of 5 where collaboration and personal interactions bring a positive and vibrant atmosphere.For lawyers and all business professionals, you are their first line contact person for anything that has to do with the internal law & business academy.
You realize Stibbe’s people strategy by taking care of the design, the implementation and the organization of new and existing learning solutions & programs for all 230 colleagues in Belgium. You help identify existing and future learning & development needs, and translate these needs into internal, external and digital trainings.
You get energy from managing, coordinating and administering these and other talent related projects from A to Z together with people. This goes from needs assessment through data collection, over coordinating the implementation whilst coordinating a variety of stakeholders and ensuring continuous improvements based on regular feedback loops.
Acting in this role also means that you establish a yearly learning & development calendar and ensure a correct organization.
At the right time, you might also be involved in the rollout of various good practices in the growing Luxemburg office.
Your skillset
What we look for in you is someone who:

- has a working experience in professional services and is passionate about learning & development
- Is able to see through potential perceptions and prejudices about working in the legal sector, and is genuinely interested in growing talent
- speaks and writes fluently Dutch, French and English
- has the capacity to propose creative solutions to solve issues
- can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal or a piece of work
- has solid communication skills and high empathy
- plays for the team and the organisation
