Als Samsung Support Specialist ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alle service vragen vanuit de BeNeLux retailers. Jij bezorgt klanten een optimale after-sales experience

**hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?**
Je werkt hybride; zowel op Samsung's hoofdkantoor in Diegem als van thuis uit. Als Support Specialist geef je advies en beantwoord je vragen vanuit alle BeNeLux retailers zoals MediaMarkt, Coolblue, Krëfel of Vanden Borre. Die vragen kunnen variëren van kwesties over herstellingen van defecte toestellen, installaties of bijvoorbeeld promoties. Je werkt samen met de retailers om de dienst na verkoop te optimaliseren en de beste beleving voor Samsung-klanten te garanderen. Dankzij jouw probleemoplossend vermogen en vlotte schriftelijke communicatie zorg je telkens voor een correcte opvolging van alle klantproblemen.
