Onze Super Klant is een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in outsourcing van diensten op het gebied van facilities beheer, onderhoud en techniek.

**Kwalificaties superheld**:
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma (bijvoorbeeld in human resources) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Bij voorkeur heb je al enige ervaring in verkoop en werving. Ervaring in het een of interesse in het ander is ook prima
- Je hebt interesse in de technische wereld en bij voorkeur enige kennis ervan, maar dat is geen must.
- Naast verkoop en werving ben je ook sterk administratief om de nodige verslagen en rapporten te maken.
- Je bent enorm gedreven om bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van onze super klant
- Je staat flexibel klaar voor collega's, kandidaten en klanten. Kortom, men kan op je rekenen.
- Je gaat zelfstandig en proactief aan de slag met nieuwe kansen.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Franse taal.

**Functieomschrijving**:
**Accountmanager en zakelijke ontwikkeling**:
- Jij wordt de superheld van telefoongesprekken en klantbezoeken in jouw regio.
- Opstellen van offertes, raamovereenkomsten en klantendossiers (geen tovenarij, beloofd).
- Onderhandelen als een pro en prijsafspraken maken die glimlachen.
- Voeren van constructieve gesprekken met collega's om de motivatie op te krikken.
**Werving**:
- Jij gaat op jacht naar technisch talent via verschillende kanalen: vacaturesites, LinkedIn, enz.
- Samenwerken met uitzend
- en selectiekantoren en je netwerk hierin uitbreiden.
- Opstellen van functieomschrijvingen om de juiste talenten aan te trekken.
- Gesprekken voeren met kandidaten over een passend salarisvoorstel en aantrekkelijke opdrachten.
- Het organiseren van kennismakingen bij de klant om langetermijnsamenwerking te concretiseren.
**Operationeel**:
- Jongleren met lopende zaken in jouw regio, zoals verlofaanvragen, aanvragen voor extra materialen, opleidingen, marketingacties, voorbereiding van loon en facturatie, controle van inkoopfacturen, beheer van het wagenpark, enz.
- Dit alles gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de afdelingen HR, marketing, facturatie en wagenpark.
