**Functie**:
Voor onze klant te 1740 zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren** Service Team Supervisor**
**Taken**:
- Je kan onze klanten en techniekers adviseren zowel technisch als commercieel via telefoon of ter plaatse.
- Je kan analytisch de problemen van de klant herkennen en hem de gepaste oplossing aanbieden/situatie inschatten.
- Je voert controles uit aangaande kwaliteit van de servicedienst en evalueert mee de techniekers.
- Je garandeert een correcte naleving van alle regels inzake veiligheid en je bent hiervan een voorbeeld naar je medewerkers.
- Opmaak van offertes voor onderhoudscontacten of voor vervanging van bestaande en of nieuwe HVAC installaties.
- Bestellen van de benodigde materialen voor onderhoud en herstellingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van onderhoudscontracten.
- Je staat in voor alle nodige materialen te voorzien bij het preventief en correctief onderhoud van HVAC-installaties in samenspraak met de planner.
- Je staat in voor administratief en technisch beheer van je contracten samen met de service manager.
**Profiel**:
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of A2 diploma in een technische HVAC- richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een uitgebouwde kennis van elektriciteit en HVAC (bij voorkeur in gebouwentechnieken)
- Je bent administratief sterk en kan goed klantencontact onderhouden.
- Je kan aantonen dat je eerder vlot een team kan aansturen.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis MS-Office.
- Je bent technisch aangelegd.
- Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je hebt een gezonde portie verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-attest of bereid deze te behalen.
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis (NL FR) en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
- Je bent een teamplayer maar je kan ook autonoom werken.
