**Wat verwacht Crelan van jou?**:Jouw functie

Compliance is als tweedelijns controlefunctie verantwoordelijk voor de beheersing en opvolging van de compliance risico's die gepaard gaan met de naleving van de regelgeving met betrekking tot o.a.
- De strijd tegen witwassen van geld en de financiering van terrorisme;
- Naleving van de MiFID gedragsregels met betrekking tot het verlenen van beleggingsdiensten;
- De regels inzake misbruik van voorkennis, marktmisbruik en het vermijden van belangenconflicten;
- Integriteitsbeleid;
- Distributie van financiële instrumenten

Compliance analyseert de risico's verbonden aan deze domeinen (Compliance Risk Assessment) en houdt via het **Compliance Monitoring Program **het tweedelijns toezicht op de risico's. Hiervoor gebruikt compliance onder meer volgende controletechnieken, steekproeven, het voeren van gerichte risico/proces analyses, het opvolgen en in de gaten houden van risico-indicatoren (aantal klachten en inbreuken, toezicht op het verloop van transacties, klanten, ) en regelmatige opvolging van de risico's met de verschillende verantwoordelijken binnen de bank.

Om deze functie verder te ontwikkelen en te ondersteunen is Compliance op zoek naar een gemotiveerde** Compliance Risk & Monitoring Expert**.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Het controle raamwerk en de methodologie mee verder uitwerken, optimaliseren en implementeren.
- Coördinatie van het jaarlijkse Compliance Risk Assessment: globale risicodetectie, analyse, beheer en permanente opvolging.
- Optimaliseren en implementeren van het Compliance Monitoring Program.
- Vertalen van het Compliance Monitoring Program in een concreet en praktisch controleplan.
- Praktische coördinatie, aansturing en uitvoering van het controleplan.
- Formulering van concrete actiepunten en aanbevelingen nav het Compliance Risk Assessment en Compliance Monitoring Program, opvolging en rapportering van de uitvoering ervan.
- Evalueren, valideren en rapporteren van de resultaten van het Compliance Risk Assessment, het Compliance Monitoring Program en de actiepunten en aanbevelingen die hieruit voortkomen.
- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van de eerste lijn bij het uitvoeren en opvolgen van compliance self-risk assessments, opzetten en opvolgen van eerste lijn controles.
- Op de hoogte blijven en evalueren van de relevante wettelijke en reglementaire evoluties, organisatorische veranderingen, aanpassing van processen.
- Het actualiseren van de controle raamwerken en tools.

Zet je schrap want we zijn op zoek naar iemand met heel wat capaciteiten, waarbij een kritische en analytische geest maar ook een algemeen synthetisch vermogen en aandacht voor details bovenaan ons lijstje staan.

Indien je niet naar je woorden moet zoeken in de Franse en Nederlandse taal, op een assertieve maar toch diplomatische wijze, dan ga je zeker heel wat gedaan krijgen. Als we dan toch onze voorkeuren opsommen, dan past kennis van het Engels ook in dit rijtje.

Compliance is een omgeving waar veel wetgeving en regelgeving voorkomt, maar als je al tot hier aan het lezen bent, dan ben je je er vermoedelijk van bewust

Als we dan aan monitoring denken, dan zeggen we natuurlijk dat een goede kennis van Excel en macro's (vba) je absoluut kunnen helpen, ben je thuis in PowerBi dan zetten we een extra plusje naast je naam.

Tenslotte laten we nog enkele technische termen op je afvoel je je aangesproken door risicometing en controlemethodologie (compliance of interne controle), proces en risk mapping en de design en effectiviteit van controles.
