As a sales advisor Private Lease, you are responsible for obtaining and maximising orders in your client portfolio, which focuses on private clients (B2C).
In concrete terms, this comes down to the following responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming client & prospect requests on a daily basis
- Detecting and determining the potential need of the prospect/customer and responding to this in an appropriate & timely manner.
- Convince potential customers via telephone of the added value of our existing products and services
- Doing a pro-active follow up on all incoming demands of prospects & customers and upcoming renewals for existing customers and converting them into orders
- Creating and timely delivering quotations
- Correct and accurate handling of all administrative tasks linked to client’s request
- Requesting and screening required documents and processing them detailed and adequately
- Keeping prospect and client data up-to-date
Key strengths we are looking for in our new sales advisor private lease:
- A first commercial experience
- A strong customer centric approach
- Strong administrative capabilities with a high level of accuracy
- A strong communicator
- Go-getter with can do mentality
- Pro-active approach
- Team player
- Able to think outside to box and bring new ideas to the table
- Strong in Dutch and French (spoken & written), good knowledge of English
- Preferably a (basic) background in payroll or legal
