**Divisie**
Het documentatieteam, waarvan je deel uitmaakt, zorgt voor heldere, leesbare documentatie van door SD Worx ontwikkelde software (gaande van interne loonverwerkingssystemen tot software voor klanten).

**Jobinhoud**
Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

- het vertalen van technische informatie (o.a. uit functionele analyses) naar heldere, praktisch bruikbare documentatie voor interne en externe gebruikers van onze (loonberekening)software
- het schrijven van (actiegerichte) communicaties en bijhorende stappenplannen over aanpassingen in de software n.a.v. wetswijzigingen
- het actualiseren van de bestaande documentatie waarbij je rekening houdt met verschillende profielen in het lezerspubliek, de optimalisatie van de resultaten via zoekmachines en interne bedrijfsontwikkelingen

Om dit tot een goed einde te brengen
- ga je zelfstandig op zoek naar informatie, bevraag je IT- en andere collega’s en test je indien nodig mee de toepassing
- volg je de (loontechnische) ontwikkelingen in onze software
- deel je kennis met je collega’s over nieuwe functionaliteiten
- volg je mee de nieuwe ontwikkelingen op gebied van communicatie(technologie), klantgericht en helder schrijven

**Jouw profiel**
Wij verwachten dat je:

- een analytische geest hebt en complexe (loontechnische) materie kunt herleiden tot de essentie via heldere leesbare teksten
- je kunt verplaatsen in de verschillende profielen binnen het lezerspubliek (van starter tot specialist, van payroll consulent tot klant)
- houdt van vernieuwing en wilt blijven leren
- interesse hebt in sociale wetgeving en het loontechnisch aspect en je hier ook met een kritische en enthousiaste blik in wilt verdiepen
- een toffe collega bent die met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid meebouwt aan ons hecht team
