Wat zijn de** taken **van een **Business Development Manager** bij **DHL Global Forwarding?**
- Uitbouwen van een kwalitatieve klantenportefeuille dmv actieve prospectie
- Beheren en uitdiepen van bestaande klantenrelaties binnen een bepaalde regio (Wallonië en Brussel)
- Behoefteanalyse, adviesverlening, uitwerken en opvolgen van voorstellen op maat
- Contractonderhandeling
- Het delen van marktinformatie.
- Projecten en opvolging
- Rapporteren van de sales resultaten aan het management
- Deelnemen aan beurzen en sectorgebonden initiatieven

Welke **eigenschappen** heeft onze nieuwe collega?
- Bacheloropleiding management of logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Communicatief en onderhandelingsvaardig, u bent een echte teamplayer
- Proactief, autonoom en resultaatgericht
- Goede taalbeheersing (Frans, Engels en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Goede computervaardigheden (Microsoft Office applicaties)
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een ‘Forwarding’ omgeving, bij voorkeur in een commerciële functie. Kennis van luchtvracht is hier belangrijk, zeevrachtkennis is een plus.
