WARRANTY OFFICER
De Warranty Officer is verantwoordelijk voor de garantieprestaties en moet ervoor zorgen dat de verwachtingen van de klant zo goed mogelijk worden vervuld door optimaal gebruik te maken van de technische middelen van de aftersales service. Hij vertegenwoordigt de dealer en de invoerder tegenover de klant bij klachten, binnen de bestaande voorschriften en met de steun van de Service Manager.
De Warranty Officer heeft de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beoordelen van de vereisten voor contractuele en commerciële garantieprestaties, vooral als het nodig is om bepaalde punten met de invoerder te verduidelijken;
- De productkwaliteit bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat er regelmatig rapporten worden opgesteld voor elke melding van defecten;
- Samenwerken met de Service Advisors en werkplaatsoverste om onberispelijke garantieaanvragen op te stellen;
- De beschikbaarheid van garantieonderdelen controleren;
- Ervoor zorgen dat de rapportageverplichtingen en andere voorschriften met betrekking tot garantieprestaties worden nageleefd.
Uw profiel:
Onze Warranty Officers zijn echte professionals die uitstekende service bieden. Daarom zoeken wij de volgende vaardigheden en competenties:
- Een grondige kennis van autotechniek, je bent gepassioneerd door de auto-industrie en je beschikt over de professionele vaardigheden die nodig zijn om garanties te beheren.
- Je plant als de beste, hebt een goed gevoel voor orde en structuur, en werkt zelfstandig.
- Je bent stressbestendig en houdt ervan om aan meerdere dossiers tegelijk te werken;
- Je bent bedreven in IT, smartphones en computers (bijvoorbeeld om foto's en video's te maken, te uploaden, te comprimeren en te verzenden).
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in autotechniek of hebt al ervaring in het beheren van garanties en klachten.
- Je spreekt vloeiend (actief en passief) Engels, Nederlands en Frans.
- 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in de autosector, vooral in garantie, is een pluspunt.
