Onze klant is gelegen in de omgeving van Lommel is vandaag op zoek naar een** Finance & Reporting specialist.**
**Functie**

Je fungeert als **rechterhand van de CFO** en daagt hem uit om samen de juiste stappen te zetten in het **professionaliseren van het Finance team**. Je bent een goede sparring
- en businesspartner en zorgt vanuit deze functie voor de **overkoepelende blik** vanuit groepsniveau. Je werkt samen met collega's van de verschillende locaties.
Samen met het Finance team ben jij het **financieel geweten** van de onderneming en medeverantwoordelijk voor onder meer de **inrichting van de financiële administraties**, de **jaarrekeningen, de financiële beheersing** en sturing van de bedrijven.
Volgende verantwoordelijkheden behoren tot je takenpakket:
- De financiële rapportages & prognoses ;
- De maandelijkse consolidatie & performance rapportages;
- Je doorgrondt de cijfers en bent verantwoordelijk voor heldere, accurate en, tijdige maandrapportages voor de groepsdirectie en aandeelhouders;
- Je signaleert financiële risico's en kansen, adviseert proactief over de beste keuzes en implementeert (proces)verbeteringen;
- Je stuurt de verdere standaardisatie van de financiële en operationele rapportering op basis van Lucanet verder aan.
**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een **masterdiploma** in een financiële richting of bent gelijkwaardig door analytische attitude;
- Je hebt **minimum vijf jaar** werkervaring in een **analytische rol**;
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands en Engels**;
- Je bent **IT-minded** ; kennis van **Lucanet** en ERP is een plus;
- Je **behoudt het overzicht**, bent alert en kunt verwachtingen van collega's, directie, aandeelhouders goed managen.
- Je hebt een **probleemoplossende ingesteldheid** en bijt je graag vast in diverse vraagstukken;
- Je bent **analytisch** en beschikt over **sterke communicatie skills**;
- Je bent **gedreven, resultaatgericht** en staat sterk in je schoenen.
- Je bent een **teamplayer** met een **hands-on mentaliteit **en kan ook zelfstandig werken.
