**Your responsibilities?**
As a Team Leader Digital Performance, you will join the Marketing & Communication department, which consists of 10 co-workers. The Team Leader Digital Performance helps businesses for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to effectively engage and keep customers in the context of ALD Automotive’s integration with LeasePlan to effectively support the companies’ strategic ambitions. You report to the Marketing & Communication Director and lead of team of 3 experienced professionals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan;
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns;
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost;
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization;
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels;
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics;
- Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies;
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results;
- Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies;
- Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights;
- Managing communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers in order to achieve acquisition objectives.
**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels;
- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting;
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations;
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills;
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
