Vandaag zoeken we een
**Supervisor Receiving team **voor de regio
**Machelen, Vlaams-Brabant** bij een grote internationale logistieke speler (Freight Forwarding). Onze opdrachtgever is actief over heel de wereld en hebben quasi voor elke logistieke behoefte een gepaste oplossing.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je gaat 5 collega's **aansturen, coachen, motiveren en inspireren**, die werken in 3 shiften vanaf 6u30, 7u30 en 8u30. Je zal een helikopter overzicht houden over heel het proces om te superviseren dat alles tijdig en correct gedaan wordt en zal een wekelijkse team vergadering houden.
- Je gaat **dagelijkse calls** doen met de klant en je zal **interne rapporten nakijken en aanpassen **waar nodig. Hierbij zal je **problemen oplossen** met verschillende interne en externe leveranciers.
- Je gaat **documenten van de chauffeurs **(CMR, facturen, packing lijsten, douane documenten,...) in ontvangst nemen, nakijken en vergelijken met de verwachten goederen in onze WMS, sorteren, scannen en archiveren.
- Je gaat goederen die niet conform worden ontvangen, registreren, foto’s nemen en de nodige rapporten invullen.
- Je gaat l**abels + documenten voor het magazijn proactief voorbereiden **voor het lossen of laden van goederen.
- Je gaat de slot booking applicatie **beheren en onderhouden.**
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt een **hoger werk
- en denkniveau **en je kijkt bij voorkeur terug op een werkervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de logistieke sector.
- Je spreekt **Nederlands en Engels.**:
- Je hebt **een eerste ervaring in de logistieke sector.**:
- Je **denkt **vooral in** oplossingen**
