**Job description**
As head of large, international and public (LIP) accounts, you coordinate and manage the business managers (outside sales) for large, public and international clients. The aim is to attract new Arval business clients and stay in touch with existing clients. Maintain commercial contacts with key prospects and clients. Coach and supervise the business managers in their work.
**Your responsibilities**
- Build, add and maintain strategic relationships with our clients
- Define and implement the sales strategy for LIP
- Provide strategic leadership and management to deploy reporting and ensure the achievement of business objectives and sales targets
- Bridge the gaps between external and internal account management
- Work with Marketing to support the sales activities, ensure the quality of sales presentations
- Contribute to the cross-selling activities with our partners
- Ensure that the sales methodology is fully respected by all business managers
- Liaise with other Group departments as needed
- Maintain the relationship with BNP Paribas Fortis bank together with the commercial director
- Coach, motivate and encourage business managers to reach their full potential.
**Reporting line**
The head of large accounts reports to the commercial director corporate sales.
**Your profile**
- Master's degree
- 10 years of relevant commercial experience and 5 years of experience in managing sales teams
- Customer-oriented and stress-resistant with a hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
- Interested in internal processes
- Knowledge of the operational leasing sector
- Analytical mindset
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Positive mindset
