As part of our development, we are looking for a Business Manager NL / EN / FR.

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur at heart who knows how to take ownership of his projects. Someone who knows how to create opportunities and make them happen. Someone who is commercial and welcoming, someone who is fun and lively, who listens to his client's needs. Someone who dreams of carrying out a project from A to Z, in collaboration with his team.

As a Business Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a sustainable development of the coworking space and generating a profitable business. You know and understand your community needs, help them to adapt their needs in-house and match their expectations. You are responsible of incoming leads and willing to achieve your coworking’s objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Define and ensure achievement of revenue target
- Growing coworking space occupancy
- Manage high volume daily tasks for necessarily follow up on pending business.
- Managing and converting incoming calls and requests into offers that will match prospects' needs resulting in won business.
- Cross and upselling within your existing community
- Activation of the surrounding economic area
- Selling serviced offices along with business meetings rooms, virtual offices in accordance with our sales procedures
- Coming up with and implementing event strategies to attract new prospects and animate your existing community
- Hosting local member gatherings and networking events along with the office manager (As needed work with social clients to organize celebrations of larger sizes)
- Utilize sales data from CRM to leverage regular communication with client base and track all correspondence & communication.
- Master part of the office manager’s job as to ensure two hours a day front desk.
- ABOUT YOU- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
