We’re looking for a new Marketing and Communications specialist to join our team In this role, you’ll be in charge of defining, planning & executing Marketing & Communications activities of Quantoom Biosciences. You’ll be part of the Products & Marketing team, and work closely with colleagues of Product Marketing and Scientific Writing.

**ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Define, plan & execute the MarCom roadmap in line with the company’s objectives and the Group strategy.
- Foster a consistent company image, in line with our strategy to improve our external brand image and boost our brand awareness
- Content management & writing of online (website, press releases) and offline (brochures, fact sheets, ) Marcom material.
- Plan & execute Linkedin’s strategy and run the company’s page on day-to-day. Stay up to date with the latest trends & novelties around social media. Follow-up on metrics & campaigns.
- PR and interviews: Write & translate press releases. Stay informed on Quantooms’ presence in the press in collaboration with the external PR partner.
- Web & CMS management: in collaboration with external stakeholders, run & develop new section of Quantoom’s website and respect tight deadlines, corporate identity & defined budgets.
- Create a variety of content with a strong focus on pictures, visuals, and videos to support Marcom activities.
- With product marketing, you will contribute to the content marketing strategy to reach the target customers and achieve marketing & sales objectives. Develop attracting messages that can be used with different audiences.
- Plan and coordinate Quantoom’s active participation in key events/congresses, in order to generate leads & increase company awareness.
- Develop, plan and execute an internal communication strategy. Target and select the right tools and channels in order to communicate internally.
- Launch & create a variety of initiatives to foster cross-functional team work and foster brand adhesion.
- You will have the possibility to growth from a Specialist role to a Manager role and this in a very quick time frame.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- You hold a master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- You have good knowledge and experience in digital marketing (SEA/SEO). You are an expert in social media management (Linkedin, Youtube)
- You have experience in measuring the impact of digital campaigns & marketing activity.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with both internal and external partners to deliver best-in-industry campaigns.
- You have good communication skills with an excellent knowledge of English; and good knowledge of French.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
- You have proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- You have a good knowledge of Google Ads
- CRM experience, Hubspot specifically, is a plus
- You can adapt to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are not afraid of working in fast-paced environments.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- You are optimistic with a can-do attitude.
