Our Global Web Analytics team is on a mission to provide world-class analytics services for the bigger Etex digital community operating in more than 40 countries. We strive for excellence all the way from data collection, data modelling to delivering insights and realizing the value of data.
We are looking for a passionate Digital Insights Manager to drive the Digital Analytics team. It is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale analytics solutions; and using which to uncover customer, product, and operational insights. In this role you will be the business representative of the Digital Analytics Capabilities. You will be leading the web Analytics requirements & prioritization with the global digital team, IT teams, key stakeholders in the business, and third parties. You will help the organization to become more data driven in decision making.
You will contribute to team’s effort by creating/maintaining reports & dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders and derive recommendations for improvements.
**Roles and responsibilities**
**Stakeholder Satisfaction**:
- Manage service requests and ensure fulfilment within specified SLAs
- Monitor the effectiveness of analytics implementation strategies
- Ensure stakeholders are well-informed of implementation progress and manage expectations.
- Promote digital analytics across the company Collaboration and
**Communication**
- Guide & Train 2 web analytics specialists (junior profiles)
- Define a roadmap for the key projects
- Be able to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively (internally and externally)
**Quality of Analytics**:
- Translate Business Requirements in technical specifications for the tagging by understanding the business needs.
- Prepare tracking requirements that represents business needs and to be implemented by our IT department
- Be able to explain technical topics to IT & Business colleagues
- Monitor and test data collection is implemented as per specification
- Report any data quality issues to teammates; and accuracy in tracking in GA4/PowerBI
Our ideal teammate should ideally have:
- Experience with using any **web analytics solution** (**Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics**..)
- Experience with of any **web tagging management solution** like Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with **dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio **(ability to create dashboards).
- Knowledge of **Data Modelling** (data ingestion in a data leek)
- **Basic knowledge of SQL** is a plus
- Strong **analytical skills with affinity of data analysis** (statistical methods is considered as a plus).
- Be **perfectionist** and detailed oriented
- **Customer focus mindset** - always make it easy and user friendly for the customers
- Ability to work independently and cohesively as a **team player**:
- **Proactive communicator**, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** working in a similar role.
