Le bon fonctionnement du marché de l’énergie est un élément clé de la transition énergétique. Elia joue un rôle central dans la facilitation du marché et est entre autres responsable de nombreux services auxiliaires pour l’exploitation du réseau (par ex. réserves d'équilibrage, black start, achat des pertes, etc.) ainsi que de différentes tâches dans les mécanismes de marché pour la sécurité d’approvisionnement (par ex. le mécanisme de rémunération de la capacité ou CRM).
Au sein du département Energy Markets & Adequacy, l'équipe Market Operations assure la bonne organisation de la préqualification et des enchères pour l’achat des produits, le suivi du respect des obligations des acteurs de marché, le change management opérationnel résultant de nombreuses évolutions (par ex. collaborations au niveau européen, rendre possible la participation de nouvelles technologies, etc.), le reporting précis relatif à ces activités, etc. L'équipe Market Operations se charge tant du volet opérationnel que des implémentations nécessaires.
Le/la Markets Implementation & Operations Manager remplit un rôle important au sein de l'équipe Market Operations en rassemblant différentes disciplines. D’une part, il/elle dispose des connaissances opérationnelles approfondies nécessaires concernant les produits et processus, contribue au bon fonctionnement opérationnel et identifie les possibilités d’amélioration. En fonction du produit et/ou processus, il/elle participe aussi activement aux activités opérationnelles (par ex. préqualification, organisation des enchères, etc.). Il/elle est par ailleurs ambassadeur(-drice) du fonctionnement opérationnel auprès des Business Product Owners, des Digital & Data Product Managers, etc. lors du développement et de l’implémentation des évolutions (modification de produits, amélioration continue, etc.). Il/elle participe dès lors activement à des projets dans le cadre du fonctionnement du marché et des évolutions de produits.
Nous souhaitons actuellement renforcer l’équipe Market Operations avec un(e) Markets Implementation & Operations Manager qui se focalisera principalement sur l’implémentation et les activités liées aux mécanismes d’adéquation (CRM), mais est également disposé(e) à assumer des tâches relatives à d’autres produits.
**Implémentation de projets et évolutions de produits**:
Vous participez activement à des projets ayant un impact sur les produits et les processus relevant de votre portefeuille.
En vue d’assurer la faisabilité technique et l’impact opérationnel, vous êtes impliqué(e) dans le développement du design de produits et vous challengez les propositions. En collaboration avec le Digital & Data Product Manager / Business Analyst, vous les traduisez depuis la perspective du business en besoins concrets d’adaptations dans les outils et procédures IT.
Vous suivez l'implémentation dans les outils IT et contribuez, depuis la perspective du business, au test des développements.
En vue d’une bonne intégration au sein de Market Operations, vous êtes la personne de contact côté opérationnel et vous menez les changements de façon optimale dans l’équipe opérationnelle. Vous développez et opérez activement les choix ayant un impact sur le fonctionnement opérationnel des produits.
Suivi et amélioration des processus opérationnels
Vous développez une connaissance approfondie des processus opérationnels.
Afin d’améliorer leur fonctionnement, vous assurez le suivi des processus et outils liés aux tâches opérationnelles et aux produits et vous identifiez les points d’amélioration et le feedback utiles.
Vous faites office de personne de contact interne quant au fonctionnement opérationnel des produits et processus, par ex. en cas de questions de clients, du régulateur, de l’architecte produit, etc. ou d’incidents éventuels dans le cadre du fonctionnement opérationnel.
Vous assumez un rôle important en tant que Change Agent et veillez à la communication nécessaire envers l’équipe opérationnelle afin que les modifications découlant des évolutions de produits ou des trajets d’amélioration soient appliquées de façon optimale.

Vous contribuez activement au bon fonctionnement opérationnel et aux reportings.
Vous participez au processus opérationnel, en particulier dans le cas de processus plus complexes.
Vous recherchez l’excellence opérationnelle.
Vous utilisez les connaissances découlant de l'implémentation pour réaliser les tâches opérationnelles de manière efficace (et inversement).
Votre profil
Vous disposez d’un diplôme de master à orientation technique ou économique, et l’environnement technique vous intéresse.
