VRT Creative is de intern creative agency van VRT. Onze missie? Straffe verhalen vertellen over VRT-content en -merken. Communiceren met een blijvende impact. Maar toch trouw blijven aan de waarden van de openbare omroep.
Om onze creatieve werking te versterken, zoeken we een traffic director: de spilfiguur die projecten overziet, afdelingen verbindt en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze planning. Je koppelt creatieve professionals zoals artdirectors, copywriters, designers en monteurs aan de juiste opdrachten en bewaakt het verloop van projecten. Als rechterhand van de managing en creatief directeur werk je mee aan verschillende werkstromen, waak je over de werkdruk en zorg je voor een efficiënte organisatie.
Kortom, je zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt - en steeds beter wordt.
Wat ga je precies doen?
**Planning en organisatie**: Je stelt de lange termijnplanning op in samenwerking met de creatief directeur en managing director, afgestemd op de input van de marketingafdeling. Deze vertaal je naar een dag-tot-dagplanning en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich eraan houdt. Je bewaakt de balans in werkverdeling, zodat teamleden niet over
- of onderbelast raken.
**Rolverdeling en opvolging**: Je koppelt opdrachten aan de juiste personen, intern of freelance, en volgt nauwgezet op of alles volgens plan verloopt. Bij knelpunten signaleer je tijdig en werk je actief mee aan oplossingen.
**Proces
- en teamoptimalisatie**: Je werkt voortdurend aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen en tools en helpt het team efficiënter werken. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met externe resources, zoals freelancers, en zorg je voor een goede samenwerking.
**Ondersteuning en beheer**: Je beheert de agenda van de creatief directeur, hebt budgetverantwoordelijkheid en waakt over een optimale toewijzing van middelen en capaciteit.
**Wie zoeken we? Ervaring**: Minstens 5 jaar in een vergelijkbare rol (bijvoorbeeld traffic planner, projectcoördinator of producer), idealiter binnen een creatief bureau. Organisatie: Je hebt een talent voor planning en geniet ervan om orde te scheppen in de chaos. Communicatieve skills: Je bent een mensen persoon. Je communiceert helder en doeltreffend met interne teams, externe partners en andere stakeholders. Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je ziet geen problemen, maar uitdagingen. En net omdat je zo positief en proactief bent ingesteld, ga je goed om met veranderende prioriteiten en maak je snel de juiste beslissing. Zelfstandigheid: Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig en autonoom werken binnen het afgesproken kader. Je hebt een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin. Ingesteldheid: Je belichaamt de waarden van VRT, de missie van VRT Creative én de marketingdoelstellingen van onze merken.

We voorzien een budget zodat je je duurzaam en flexibel naar VRT kan verplaatsen (oa gratis openbaar vervoer, fietsvergoeding, ed).
Er is de mogelijkheid om een fiets en/of auto te leasen

We voorzien een smartphone met bel en datakrediet (14GB)
Je krijgt een laptop en een internetabonnement bij je thuis.
Er is een bedrijfsrestaurant met een dagelijks aanbod aan vers belegde broodjes, (vegetarische) maaltijden, etc
Werk je een volledig jaar voltijds bij VRT, dan heb je het volgende jaar recht op minstens 28 vakantiedagen. Afhankelijk van je leeftijd kunnen daar nog een aantal leeftijdsdagen bovenop komen. Bovendien heb je elk jaar tien wettelijke feest
- en twee aanvullende feestdagen (11 juli en 26 december).
Je eindejaarspremie of eventuele vergoeding voor zondagswerk kun je omzetten in vrije tijd. Zo kun je tot 22 extra vakantiedagen ‘kopen’.
