WWF-België heeft een lange geschiedenis in Educatie en het werken met scholen. We ontwikkelen lesmateriaal, workshops en acties voor scholen (voornamelijk basis
- en secundair onderwijs) over thema’s die belangrijk zijn voor WWF, zoals biodiversiteit en klimaat. Voor de versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega met een onderwijskundige of pedagogische opleiding/achtergrond en een vlotte pen, die bovendien af en toe graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

**Jouw uitdaging?**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met leerkrachten en scholen, de promotie van ons educatief aanbod, het uitwerken van nieuw lesmateriaal en het op poten zetten van acties voor klassen en scholen.

Deep dive into the role:

- Je bent creatief, hebt een vlotte pen en kent de doelgroep goed, want een groot deel van je takenpakket bestaat uit het ontwikkelen van een educatief aanbod voor het onderwijs rond biodiversiteit en klimaat
- Je springt vlot om met verschillende communicatietools (website, nieuwsbrief, Facebook) want je bent het aanspreekpunt van WWF voor leerkrachten en scholen.
- Het halen van objectieven, opstellen van een planning en budget, evalueren en bijsturen, zijn je niet vreemd want we willen natuurlijk zo efficiënt en resultaatgericht mogelijk werken en de kwaliteit van onze werking steeds verbeteren:

- Zoek naar partners of leveranciers om samen te werken aan gemeenschappelijke educatieve projecten en om de implementatie ervan te ondersteunen.
- Je bent alert op boeiende kansen, zoals het aanvragen van subsidies bij instanties voor educatieve projecten, om ons aanbod uit te breiden.
- Het zoeken naar en opleiden van een gemotiveerde groep vrijwilligers die je helpen een groot aantal leerlingen te bereiken.
- Het geven van enkele klimaatworkshops aan studenten in de lerarenopleiding.
- Je zit vol energie, bent praktisch ingesteld en het echte ‘veldwerk’ schrikt je niet af, want je komt terecht in een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het organiseren van activiteiten en acties voor jong geweld (bijv. onze Rangerclub). Daar zijn af en toe extra helpende handen nodig om een camionette in te laden, een stand op te bouwen en animaties te verzorgen voor een groep kinderen en ouders.

**Daarnaast ben/heb je zeker**:

- in het bezit van minstens een bachelor diploma;
- ervaring met educatie (leerkracht, educatief medewerker, lerarenopleiding );
- kennis over natuur-gerelateerde thema’s zoals biodiversiteit, klimaatverandering, ontbossing, duurzame voeding, enz.
- perfecte kennis van het Nederlands met een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en een goede kennis van het Frans (WWF is actief in heel België en is een internationale organisatie);
- in het bezit van een rijbewijs B;
- bereid tot occasioneel weekendwerk;
- een ruime interesse in de activiteiten van WWF en deel je de missie en de waarden van WWF.

- Je bent een mensenmens: het werven, trainen en managen van een team van vrijwilligers vergroot jouw enthousiasme.
- Affiniteit met het aanleveren van content (bijvoorbeeld voor een nieuwsbrief, website,)
- Ervaring met het evalueren en rapporteren van projecten
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken met bepaalde (digitale) tools (bijvoorbeeld Excel, Canva, enz.)
- Het initiëren van samenwerkingsverbanden om gemeenschappelijke projecten te ontwikkelen, is voor jou als tweede natuur.
- Het vergroten van de aanwezigheid en impact van WWF in het Belgische onderwijssysteem klinkt voor jou spannend.
