**Your mission**:
As an HR Generalist you’ll be a part of Intigriti’s growing People Team. We’re looking for an HR professional that has a broad knowledge of the full HR spectrum, from onboarding to payroll and from compensation to compliancy.

If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with employment law and best practice policies and want to work in a fast-paced and tech-savvy environment, this is the place to be.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Draft and maintain employment contracts, legal documents and employee records.
- Administer compensation and employee benefit plans.
- Manage our HRIS and look for optimisations to avoid manual work.
- Welcome new joiners and conduct their onboarding in way they feel most welcomed.
- Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliancy with labour regulations.
- Be the SPOC for our UK hub and remote employees and resolve any issues that may arise.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Approx. 4+ years experience as a HR Generalist or Specialist in a international environment.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, general human resources policies and procedures in the UK.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and people skills.
- Experience with modern HRIS systems (e.g. Personio) will be a plus.
- Understanding of BE and/or NL labour laws is a big plus.
