De medewerker Billing Operations is verantwoordelijk om de uitval gelinkt aan het proces “Billing” tijdig en correct te verwerken teneinde bij te dragen tot de bedrijfsstrategie “Customer First” en het objectief om elke klant correcte en duidelijke afrekeningen te sturen.
**Takenlijst**
- Het beheersen van het totale BtC facturatieproces (het geheel van taken verbonden aan dit proces) voor de BtC klantportefeuille; alsook dit van de SME portefeuille met een standaard tarief
- Het behandelen van de uitval op het totale facturatieproces teneinde de klant een correcte factuur te bezorgen
- Het pro-actief contacteren van klanten naar aanleiding van de uitval (vb. outsorting, missing billing periods..) op het facturatieproces teneinde extra klantvragen te vermijden
- Het behandelen van de uitval op het totale facturatieproces naar aanleiding van gewijzigde processen en/of systemen (cfr. Build activiteiten)
- Het correct en tijdig behandelen van de uitval op het sociaal tarief proces conform de wettelijke bepalingen en procedures teneinde een correcte schuldvordering te kunnen indienen
- Het uitvoeren van een aantal administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de uitval op het facturatieproces
- Het ondersteunen van en samenwerken met andere teams en/of departementen (Care teams, Recovery, Dunning, Payments, Settlement, Finance,) vanuit de opgebouwde expertise om tot de best mogelijk klantgerichte oplossing te komen.
- Het voorstellen van verbeteringsinitiatieven die relevant zijn voor het Billing proces en/of de overeenkomstige klantenportefeuille

- Bachelor, bij voorkeur in een richting boekhouden en/of moderne talen;
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) en SAP
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans

- SAP en Salesforce kennis
- Kennis van Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excell, Word, Powerpoint, Skype, One Note,
- Je moet klantgericht denken en handelen
