En tant que Spécialiste en communication, vous jouez un rôle crucial s'articulant autour de 2axes.Communication interne & externe
Gérer les canaux de communication internes et externes, y compris l'intranet, le site web, les médias sociaux et les écrans sur les différents sites.
Coordonner et créer du contenu, tel que des bulletins d'information, des messages, le magazine interne du personnel et des annonces, ainsi que créer des brochures, en collaboration avec les départements concernés.
Assurer une communication cohérente et efficace entre les différents services et entre les sites. Employer branding
Poursuivre le développement et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de marque employeur.
Gérer la présence en ligne sur les portails d'emploi et les médias sociaux afin de renforcer la marque employeur.
Organiser des événements et des initiatives internes pour renforcer l'esprit d'équipe et la fierté au sein de l'entreprise et entre les sites.
Créer des liens au sein de l'organisation pour travailler collectivement à une culture de groupe forte.
