The bank wants to shift up a gear in its risk management. In order to better meet the ever-increasing regulations and expectations of the supervisory authorities, we are looking for additional staff for the Risk Management department.**
Description**

You will support the implementation of the operational risk management framework. This includes:

- Follow up registration and analysis of all operational incidents in the bank, and follow up on measures to prevent them in the future;
- Supervise, question, document and evaluate the risk management for which the different departments of the bank are responsible themselves (VIC process);
Organization of the Risk Forum where managers and control functions discuss gaps in operational risk management and define corrective measures;
- Preparation of reports on operational risks and their management in the bank.

You will acquire and increase your knowledge of the different operational processes in the various departments of the bank and of the regulations and best practices regarding the management of operational risks.
You will contribute to the strengthening of our operational risk management through your own initiatives.**
Profile**
- You like to analyze and can process a lot of information on a wide range of processes, risks and regulations, quickly getting to the essence.
- You are a good communicator and team player who finds the right balance between independence and collaboration with the different departments of the bank to critically question and strengthen their risk management.
- You have the stress resistance to work in a job with a multitude of tasks, time pressure, complexity and constant evolution.
- You can communicate as much as possible in both country languages.
