Are you an experienced.NET professional with a passion for leading dynamic development teams and driving technological advancements? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented.NET Team Lead to join our company in Leuven, Belgium, and lead a team of 7 skilled developers in modernizing our technologies and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of 7 developers, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Spearhead the modernization of our technology stack, ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge tools and practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards, code quality, and performance.
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups to keep the team aligned and focused on goals.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of.NET, Azure cloud, and software development best practices to guide the team and make informed decisions.
- Act as a primary point of contact with clients, ensuring excellent communication, understanding their requirements, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in.NET development, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, deployment, and management.
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and the local team.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle long-term projects effectively.
- Knowledgeable about Agile methodologies, daily stand-ups, and code review processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with team members and clients.
