**LE TRAVAIL**:
En tant que Capacity Coordinator de la cellule I-CBE.322 vous effectuez les tâches suivantes:

- Vous vous assurez que la capacité allouée:

- est établie de manière équilibrée et non discriminatoire conformément:

- aux directives européennes et à leur transposition en droit belge ;
- à la réglementation et aux procédures internes (certifiés ISO-9001) ;
- aux délais imposés pour leur traitement.
- n'entraîne pas de conflits avec la capacité déjà allouée au service des trains et/ou aux travaux.
- Vous êtes responsable de la bonne harmonisation de la capacité internationale avec les gestionnaires d'infrastructure étrangers.
- Vous êtes en charge de la préparation et de la publication de plans de transport alternatifs dans le cadre d'un incident, d'un service minimum, de certaines conditions climatiques, etc. Dans de tels cas, il peut être nécessaire que des prestations soient effectuées les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés.
- Vous veillez à l’encodage des données nécessaires dans les programmes de gestion de la capacité.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier ou jouissez d’une expérience équivalente auquel cas vous avez une première expérience de minimum 3 ans dans un environnement administratif où le développement et la gestion d'un planning sont importants (par exemple, logistique, trafic, production planning, etc.)
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Vous êtes capable de bien analyser et de vous forger une opinion à partir de données
- Vous prenez des initiatives
- Vous avez le sens de la communication et adorez collaborer
- Planifier et organiser sont pour vous une seconde nature
- Vous parlez couramment le français. Vous maîtrisez l’autre langue nationale ou êtes disposé à vous perfectionner à court terme.
