CANGURUwie zijn we, wat doen we?
Wij zijn een jong en out-of-the box denkend Mechels IT-bedrijf gespecialiseerd in SAP-oplossingen voor bedrijven. CANGURU, deel van THE VALUECHAIN, werd opgestart in 2010. Sindsdien bouwen we volop aan een mooi portfolio en laten we een spoor van succesvolle projecten na.

Big enough to cure, small enough to care. Als de Europese customer experience (CX) partner bij uitstek slaat Canguru, de brug tussen business en technologie met focus op de CX-processen. We onderzoeken waar innovatie maximaal rendeert, brengt nieuwe inzichten en ondersteunen bedrijven bij de verbetering van de dagelijkse processen in sales, e-commerce, marketing en service.

Door onze grote honger naar leuke uitdagingen, zijn we ook op zoek naar extra handen en (vooral) minds om deze tot een goed einde te brengen. Je kan onze consultants vinden op projecten met een focus op één van onderstaande zaken:


**Customer Experience**: toepassingen zoals webshops, product configurator, software voor sales en marketing teams
Elke
- **technologie **in het ruimere SAP-landschap zoals de klassieke ABAP (SAP’s eigen programmeertaal), de laatste JavaScript, HTML5, SAPUI5/Fiori en verschillende SAP-integratieproducten

Wat ga jij doen?
SAP Sales Cloud is één van de belangrijkste SAP Customer Relationship Management tools. We rekenen op jouw kennis en ervaring om het lead-to-order proces van onze klanten te optimaliseren.

Je maakt deel uit van onze projectteams en neemt deel aan workshops om zo de noden van de klant in kaart te brengen en te analyseren. Je schrijft mee aan de blueprints en werkt mee aan de configuratie van het systeem. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat de vereisten vertaald worden in een optimaal systeem.

Je begeleidt de UATs en je verzorgt mee de nodige opleidingen aan administrators en eindgebruikers.
We rekenen erop dat je op de hoogte blijft van de ontwikkelingen binnen jouw domein en je kennis en ervaring deelt met collega’s.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Op basis van jouw brede ervaring met SAP Sales Cloud vind je vlot de weg in een klant omgeving. Je ben steeds op zoek naar de optimale oplossing en mogelijke verbeterpunten.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen het projectteam en binnen onze interne organisatie. Ondernemingszin is deel van jouw persoonlijkheid. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders in het
- **Nederlands** en het
- **Engels**, mogelijks in het
- **Frans**. Diverse projecten doorheen
- **Europa** maken het boeiend voor jou.
