Als Engineering Logistics Support Specialist maak je deel uit van het team _Engineering Logistics Support_ (kortweg E.L.S.). In deze rol bewaar je het overzicht over de interne organisatieprocessen en -systemen (Product Lifeclycle Management /PLM) en sta je in nauw contact met de verschillende afdelingen (zoals productie, aankoop, engineering) binnen ScioTeq. Je hebt een goed inzicht wat betreft de opbouw en structuur van de stuklijsten van de verschillende producten voor Avionics, hoe ze geproduceerd worden en de bijhorende administratieve opvolging hiervan in een innovatieve hoogtechnologische omgeving.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Jouw uitdaging start met de controle van het eerste artikel (first article inspection/FAI) en het vervolledigen van de flow voor nieuwe prototypes.
- Daarnaast teken je de verbindingskabels met input van montagetekeningen van het engineering departement.
- Je doet ook de vrijgave van ECP’s (Engineering Change Proposals) voor kabels en mechanische onderdelen.
- Vervolgens stel je gegevenslijsten op van kabels, mechanische onderdelen en printborden op, als basis voor de aankoop van de bestelling. Bovendien stel je RFP’s (request for purchase) met inzicht op het soort materiaal, op voor de aankoopafdeling.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de aanvraag van aankoop vanaf ontwikkeling tot levering en je houdt de levertermijnen (on time performance / OTP) goed bij voor het engineering team.
- Tenslotte verwerk je EMQ issues (materiaal aanvraag of stockteruggave) en werk je stuklijsten (Bill of Material /BOM) bij. Alsook de wijzigingen van technische tekeningen van kabels en mechanische onderdelen, hou je up-to-date in ons ERP-systeem.
- **Bovendien supporteer je ook in hetzelfde team je collega Product Environmental Compliance Engineer in het proces van productregistratie.
- Je behaalde een Bachelor of Master.
- Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot met de verschillende MS Office toepassingen. Kennis van BAAN of een gelijkaardig ERP-pakket is een bijkomende troef.
- Een technische omgeving weet je te boeien en je bent bereid om je technische skills verder bij te schaven.
- Je bent een teamplayer en functioneert tegelijk vlot autonoom.
- Organisatorisch ben je sterk en je hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands als het Engels.
