Business Development Assistant

ESN would like to appoint a confident, hands-on business development assistant to support a busy team working on the preparation of competitive tenders for communication contracts.
**Mission**:
The role consists of the following activities:
- Strategic monitoring of possible tenders of interest to ESN
- Analysing the administrative requirements of tenders and ensuring ESN’s documents are available and up to date in time for tender submission
- Liaising with partners and subcontractors to ensure the necessary documents are available and correct in time for tender submission
- Managing the flow of project references within ESN - ensuring these are up to date and ready to be used in a tender. This involves internal coordination to ensure this information is reflected not just in tenders but also in CVs, on the website and on social media channels
- Final production of tenders, including physical production and dispatch
- Other administrative, clerical and secretarial support for the business development team.
**Profile**:
We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven ability to master complex administrative tasks. She or he must be dependable, well-organised and meticulous, and should enjoy maintaining and developing efficient information management systems.
- Good coordination skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office software - especially Word and Excel
- Ability to stay cool under the pressure of tight deadlines
