**Functiebeschrijving**
Wij zijn binnen ons Operations departement op zoek naar een Construction & Building Manager. Hij/zij staat in voor het beheer van de gebouwen en terreinen van Soudal Turnhout, alsook voor het opvolgen van diverse bouwprojecten op diverse sites van Soudal.
**Functie**:
- Het opvolgen van diverse bouw, verbouwing en renovatieprojecten op diverse sites van Soudal, zowel in België als internationaal. Je neemt de functie van bouwheer op en volgt de lopende bouwwerven op, stuurt bij waar nodig of adviseert waar van toepassing. Budget, timing, en communicatie naar/met de eindgebruikers van de gebouwen zijn daarin onontbeerlijke verantwoordelijkheden.
- Je zal het aanspreekpunt zijn voor de collega’s ivm aanpassingswerken aan gebouwen, funderingen en andere bouwkundige constructies.
- Het organiseren van het technisch onderhoud aan gebouwen, daken, wegenis (schilderwerken, herstellingen, ontstoppen, preventief reinigen,) en facilitaire elementen zoals liften, verwarming, airco en ventilatiesystemen dat door eigen personeel of specialist onderaannemers wordt uitgevoerd.
- Je beheert de contacten met verzekering en staat in voor de uitvoering van de afgesproken brandveiligheidsopdrachten (verzekeraar, brandweer,SEVESO) en het opvolgen van deze aktes in lopende projecten.
**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde
- Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in bouwsector, bouwprojecten of een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je bent ondernemend, nauwkeurig en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je bent communicatief en beschikt over de nodige coördinatie skills om een intern en extern team aan te sturen.
