Als Head of Process & Organisation Life Insurance, sta je centraal in de **Operational Efficiency** strategie: een optimale Distributor Experience garanderen, dankzij efficiënte processen die een kwaliteitsvolle Employee Experience opleveren, allemaal in het kader van een eersteklas Customer Experience.

Jouw team is de eerste **supporter van de operationele teams**. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om ze met de beste processen, tools en methodes voor hun werk uit te rusten. Dit doel bereik je door met het Mgt Team van Operations de prioriteiten te bepalen en deze in een project roadmap te gieten en de realisatie te waarborgen.

**Dit is jouw topjob**:

- Je bent Head of P&O, je detecteert proactief wat nodig is om de operationele ploegen toe te laten hun strategie te verwezenlijken en je vertaalt deze noden, samen met je ploeg en je collega’s, naar de juiste initiatieven.
- Je identificeert in het Business Plan de initiatieven die Operations gaan impacteren en je bent hiervoor het aanspreekpunt in het Mgt team Operations.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tools en applicaties eigen aan Operations: in samenwerking met IT en Program Management zorg je voor specs, testing, rollout, vorming en support.
- Je anticipeert evoluties in Operations door op te volgen welke nieuwe technologieën in ontwikkeling zijn, zowel binnen als buiten AG Insurance.
- Je begeleidt Operations in al hun projecten m.b.t. transformatie en innovatie.
- Je leidt zelf de projecten die een onmiddellijke impact hebben op Operations.
- Je inspireert en motiveert een ploeg van multi-disciplinaire analisten : knowledge management, workload management, training, Life Insurance products & processes, Operational Excellence, Telefonie, Chatbot, Robotics, reporting zijn allemaal domeinen waarop je ploeg actief zal zijn**_. _**Je bent een coach die hun individuele kwaliteiten versterkt met als doel een geheel te creëren dat groter is dan de som van de delen.
- Enkele van de key projects voor de komende jaren : de rollout van Medifi, ons nieuw platform voor elektronische medische aanvaarding, de modernisering van onze workload management tool (workforce management, planning & forecasting, sla’s, stock,...) : from CRM to Bloom, Business Reporting in self-service modus opzetten voor de verschillende operationele departementen, de nieuwe knowledge management oplossing en evolutie in de BIB Life implementeren en natuurlijk het Business Plan en de operationele impact ervan ondersteunen.

- Je ervaring?
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een managementfunctie of gelijkaardig.
- Je hebt ervaring in project management (Change, Business & IT), je kan vlot gegevens, problemen en cijfers analyseren en ze vertalen naar de juiste acties en oplossingen.
- Je bent _digital & tech savvy_.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (NL/FR).
- We werken minstens 2 dagen per week in Brussel. Daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om tot 3 dagen aan telewerk te doen.
