Warehouse Associate

Region of Ghent | Warehouse function within pharmaceutical company | 4 days workweek 40h
**Your new company**
You will work in a highly dynamic start-up environment. Get the opportunity to work in close collaboration with experienced team members from all departments to launch a new operational site in the innovative cell therapy industry.
**Your new role**
- Accurately process inventory receipts ensuring correct matching to purchase orders, documentation of approvals, quality checks and adherence to policies.
- Receiving biohazard products (blood bags, viral vectors,) in a controlled temperature environment. Following strict Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to repack and relabel temperature sensitive materials in due time to ensure the product remains frozen and quality is governed.
- Working with equipment and material stored at cryogenic temperatures in Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) & passive dry ice shippers. Using the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment and proper handling of cryo-frozen material.
- Following procedures to ensure both product quality and personal health & safety are followed at all times.
- Fill in forms & logbooks related to receiving, picking and outbound activities to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) policies in the pharmaceutical environment.

**Your profile**
You have an Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma.
- Detail-oriented character with a strong affinity for performing administrative work, filling out forms, maintaining logbooks, and following regular training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and successfully, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, integrate cross-functional issues and balance competing priorities effectively. Must be able to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment.
- Strength in communicating and working effectively with broad stakeholders in various scientific/technical/business disciplines.You are fluent in English.
In this position you will be required to work in a shift regime: early, Late and frequently in weekend. We can provide more info on the specific regime during our first contact.
