Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur automobile.**
Les **responsabilités** principales de **Customer Service Agent**sont les suivantes:
- Vous gérez le processus de gestion (numérique) des commandes de A à Z : enregistrement des mouvements de stock, réservations de marchandises, planification des commandes, contrôles de cohérence entre les commandes et les calendriers de livraison, etc.;
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion complexe des flux transfrontaliers et interentreprises pour le traitement des commandes ;
- Vous gardez la base de données clients à jours ;
- Vous créez et envoyez certains documents requis aux clients ;
- Vous assurez une facturation correcte.
Les **qualifications** requises pour cette fonction de **Customer Service Agent **comprennent:
- Vous avez une maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'allemand ;
- Vous avez une connaissance avancée de la suite Office et du logiciel ERP ;
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le contact téléphonique avec les consommateurs ;
- Vous avez une première expérience professionnelle dans le secteur ;
- Vous êtes social et communicatif.
