**About the job**: As Brand Manager Oral Care, you will work closely with cross functional teams in Netherlands and Belgium as well as the Category team across the Northern Europe Business Unit.
Being the local Brand expert, you will bring Global, Business Unit and local brand, portfolio, and innovation strategies into the market for Netherlands and Belgium to win against competition.
Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

- Leading the Brand Planning process and executing the 360° media plan at the country level, in line with Category and Business Unit guidelines.
- Developing and implementing marketing activities and follow-up campaigns based on the annual plan
- Developing corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country/brand KPIs
- Ensuring the successful launch of innovations and new products
- Managing the Advertising & Promotion budget for category/brand(s) in local markets, and ensuring efficient sales forecasting and monthly reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business, or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of the consumer retail environment in the Netherlands and/or Belgium
- 5+ years of marketing experience in leading FMCG companies or consumer health care
- Strong analytic, strategic, and organizational skills
- Experience of planning and execution of data driven 360⁰ marketing campaigns (including digital)
- Strong communication and presentation skills (in English, and Dutch and/or French)
- Experience navigating a complex matrix organization, agility and ability to handle pressure
