**Introductie**:
Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in de voedingsindustrie, is SD Worx op zoek naar een Teamleader in de regio Wielsbeke.
**Wie zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team in een operationele omgeving. Technische affiniteit is een pluspunt.
- Je getuigt van een sterke interesse in voeding en leidinggevende capaciteiten.
- Je houdt ervan met een team resultaten neer te zetten en dit steeds met respect voor de regels met betrekking tot veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en uiteraard de wettelijke normeringen en reglementeringen.
- Je gedrevenheid en enthousiasme maken van jou een aangename collega en een vlotte contactpersoon voor zowel jouw ploegleden als het voltallige
- MS Office heeft voor jou geen geheimen en dankzij je affiniteit met computerprogramma’s kan je vlot nieuwe pakketten onder de knie krijgen.
- Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

**Functieomschrijving**:
- Als teamleader stuur je dagelijks een team van 10 tot 12 collega’s van operatoren inpak aan.
- Je coördineert en organiseert op efficiënte wijze de dagelijkse activiteiten zodat de planning verpakking succesvol afgewerkt kan worden.
- Je bent een mensgerichte leider die ervoor zorgt dat je een hecht team vormt met je ploeg waar collega’s zich jeunen en zich verder kunnen ontplooien. Je doet dit door je medewerkers te coachen, ondersteunen en te motiveren.
- Je waakt over de veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele doelstellingen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse bezetting van je team en organiseert de nodige opleidingen en overlegmomenten in je team.
- Samen met je collega’s assistent ploegchef, senior operator en proces ingenieur draag je zorg voor een uniforme organisatie over de ploegen heen.
