**Functie**
- After a “training period”, you lead the team of talented property and facility managers.
- You are responsible for maintenance and development works for new or existing tenants. This includes the follow-up and budgeting of renovations, modifications, and improvements to the existing premises
- You process requests for interventions, coordinate the works with contractors, and complete the feedback loop.
- You oversee investments in the buildings and coordinate with tenants and renovation teams.
- You conclude, coordinate & follow up framework agreements and SLAs with key contractors to ensure cost-efficient and effective management.
- You coordinate operations to maximize and optimize productivity and process modifications to existing plans in AutoCAD.
- You work on various improvement initiatives relating to embedding and standardizing best practices in the organization as well as digitalizing the property and facility management processes.
- You report to a member of the EXCOM
**Functie-eisen**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an economic, technical or business-oriented field. Additional certification in real estate management is an asset.
- You inspire your team, can define a business case and analyze an analytical P&L of several profit centers
- You have demonstrated experience (min. 5 years) in property and/or facility management and technical knowledge
- You are proactive, hands-on, and have a can-do mentality.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
- You are a digital native, specifically in MS365. AutoCAD is a plus.
