**Program Manager/Brussels 2 days per week onsite/6 months/Start ASAP** We are looking for Technical Tribe Leads, who will work closely together with the Tribe lead, product owners and squads in segment or product tribes. **Role description Tech Lead**: Tech leads are prone on mentoring their team on completing their assignments, and they are the first to respond to technical blocks raised by the team. Beyond several basics, how teams assign responsibilities depends on how structured an agile process they operate, and their rigor in technical standards. **Tech leads**: Work closely with product managers and story owners to design features and prioritize tasks. Support teams by answering questions and solving problems. Assemble releases and drive improvements in release processes. In other words, tech leads develop the right strategies together with the tribe' squads to deliver desired technical outcomes and to determine what work needs to get done, how much to invest in which efforts, and how to prioritize opportunities. **Required Responsibilities**:
- He/she steers the development teams and collaborates with the tribe lead to design modular, scalable solutions that address customer needs.
- He/she develops the right strategies together with the tribe' squads to deliver desired technical outcomes and to determine what work needs to get done, how much to invest in which efforts, and how to prioritize opportunities.
- In details,
- He/she will steer the development squads (digital, catalogue, SFS ) allocated to a segment or product tribe (eg residential, SME, omnisales )
- He/she will design and maintain the Tribe technical roadmap
- He/she understand both business priorities and technical issues and have a realistic view of schedules and deliverables.
- He/she will support/challenge business within your tribe to define key initiatives and associated technical solutions
- He/she will work closely with product owners to design/define the technical features/backlog and prioritize tasks.
- He/she will assemble releases and drive improvements in release processes.
- He/she will support dev teams/architects by answering to technical blocks/questions raised by the squads
- He/she will proactively manage & resolve impediments with all stakeholders
- He/she will facilitate effective collaboration, also with other teams in business/IT
- He/she will Mentor the squads on completing their assignments **Profile**:
- An experienced IT leader with strong technical capabilities (deep knowledge in diverse IT & technology areas)
- Understand the business very well and ability to translate the business vision in technical/IT requirements
- Strong communication, coaching & negotiation skills.
- He/she can create an efficient work atmosphere based on trust and has the ability to resolve conflicts.
- He/she has Agile leadership skills (certification is a plus).
- 5 years proven experience as Project Manager
