**EMEA Marketing Product Safety Manager**

As a member of the Ansell team, the **EMEA Marketing Product Safety Manager** will be vital in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and other direct marketing activities in support of the sales target across the DACH region & France.

All marketing tactics will be at your disposal from traditional marketing tools to the last digital & social media options.

**What will your role be?**

Working in collaboration with the regional marketing teams, and supporting our sales team & partners to achieve sales and brand expansion objectives, and reporting to the EMEA Marketing Category Manager, you will:

- Compile sales need & input Regional Product Portfolio Management (RPPM) and put together brief to CBS.
- Develops and supports the channel marketing needs for prioritized distribution partners; Develop and review distributor catalogue and digital platforms.
- Support the regional market knowledge / expertise to drive the development of local channel marketing strategy, tactics & tools to deploy the global strategy in a manner that accurately reflects the regional customer base.
- Deliver trade communication (traditional and non-traditional) programs to support business strategies including thought leadership, digital and social media platforms.
- Support in creating campaigns and marketing collaterals for Channel Partners.
- Launch new products development (NPD) and support with training needs.
- follow-up-tracking & reporting of tactics agreed upon regional commercial strategy and corresponding calendar.
- Supports the development of the annual budget process, by providing regional propositions on projects, including sales focus priorities and A&P needs.

**What will you bring to Ansell?**
- Marketing experience specifically in strategic trade marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal sales force and dales directors.
- Expert in B2B preferred.
- Proven record of customer and stakeholder focus.
- Know-how to collaborate at different levels and manage through complexity; priorities setting.
- Team based interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills with ability to quickly adapt quickly.
- Languages: Fluent English (spoken & written), knowledge of German and/or French are advantageous.

This role may require frequent domestic/ international travel (10-15%) to meet with customers and to attend/ host trade shows and channel events.
