i-CITY, dat ongeveer 160 werknemers telt, is voortdurend op zoek naar nieuw talent.

Ter ondersteuning van onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een SDM met affiniteit met de werelden van Financiën, Inkoop en Stadsontwikkeling.

**Functie**:
Als SDM bent u het bevoorrechte aanspreekpunt voor de aan u toegewezen klanten en onderhoudt u een duurzame relatie met de verschillende leveranciers, gericht op de tevredenheid van uw klanten. Binnen i-CITY staat u in nauw contact met de projectleiders, de programmamanagers en het managementteam.

Concreet:

- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het contractuele toezicht op de leveranciers en de naleving van de SLA's.
- U anticipeert op risico's, bent het escalatiepunt en stelt oplossingen voor.
- U profileert zich als een "hands on" en vertrouwde gesprekspartner van uw klanten.
- Als SPOC communiceert u en levert u maandelijkse rapporten op verschillende gebieden: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management en Release Management.
- U speelt een sleutelrol bij het opstellen van het RUN-budget en bewaakt frequent de capaciteitsplanning.

**Profiel**:

- U hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- U hebt een masterdiploma in één van de vakgebieden (financiën, inkoop, stadsontwikkeling).
- U bent ITIL-gecertificeerd of u hebt een solide achtergrond om hiervoor in aanmerking te komen.
- ServiceNow, Dynamics (Finance & Operations) Vision en de Office 365 suite hebben geen geheimen voor u.
- U bent pragmatisch, proactief en u hebt een sterke analytische geest.
- U bent een teamspeler.
- U bent flexibel bij veranderingen.
- U werkt nauwgezet en stelt efficiënt prioriteiten.
- U bent klant
- en resultaatgericht en u hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- U hebt sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van resourcebeheer.
