En tant que **IT Technician**, vous travaillerez au sein de léquipe à l'AC Anderlecht.

**Votre contribution, vos mission**s**:
En tant que IT Technician, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Vous effectuez des tâches d’installation, de configuration et de monitoring des équipements informatiques, de leurs périphériques et des logiciels.
- Vous apportez un support de seconde ligne aux utilisateurs (approche ITIL) et assurez la maintenance préventive et évolutive des équipements.
- Vous effectuez des diagnostics et traitez les incidents divers.
- Vous implémentez, surveillez et prenez les actions de remédiation nécessaires pour certains services (Backup, Antivirus,...)
- Vous participez à l'amélioration de la qualité (par exemple en mettant en évidence les problèmes récurrents ou en mettant la documentation à jour).
- Vous gérez certains canaux de l’Active Directory et des serveurs de fichiers.
- Vous participez à la gestion de l’inventaire, du stock et du suivi des commandes de matériel.
- Vous apportez aussi du support dans le cadre de projets IT.

**Vos expériences et compétences**:

- Avez au minimum une formation de technicien PC
- Avez des connaissances techniques des OS (Windows 10, 11 et accessoirement Mac OS).
- Avez des connaissances en réseau (LAN, WAN, DNS, etc.) et protocoles (TCP/IP, etc.).
- Avez des bonnes connaissances en Administration et support des systèmes Microsoft serveur 2016/2019, Active Directory et GPO,
- Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL (obligatoire).
