- Als Marketing Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:_
- Een jaarlijks marketingplan ontwikkelen waarin concrete acties worden gedefinieerd, alsook zorgen voor de ontwikkeling van digitale marketing leads en de verschillende marketingacties beheren.
- Aanbevelingen doen voor een extern communicatieplan en -programma’s om een consistente bedrijfsvisie uit te dragen.
- Aansturen van lead generation activiteiten.
- Je zorgt voor de monitoring van het jaarlijkse budget.
- Sterke partnerschappen met de verschillende stakeholders opbouwen en onderhouden: partners, Sales, recruiters, operationeel personeel en personeel in het algemeen.
- Teambeheer (aanwerving, ontslag, ontwikkeling, coaching, conflicthantering )
**Profiel**
- _Welke vaardigheden heb je nodig om in deze job te starten:_
- Je hebt een diploma in marketing/communicatie of een soortgelijk vakgebied of je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en omgeving.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in teambeheer, autonoom maar met een echte teamgeest.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van Office tools, sociale netwerken, Adobe Indesign en Google Analytics.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands/Frans.
- Je bent kwaliteitsbewust, resultaat
- en klantgericht.
- Je bent creatief in het zoeken naar oplossingen en staat open voor nieuwe technologische mogelijkheden.
