**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that Head of Sales Business Transformation is supported and facilitated, so things are arranged correctly, in a timely manner and ensuring time efficiency for her.
- Manage inbox, calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
- Travel arrangement & expanse management
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Organize internal and external meetings (hotel, catering, venue, registration process)
- Follow up on HR processes such as holiday requests, yearly and mid-term performance reviews, onboarding of newcomers.
- You act as the first point of contact of the department & handle ad-hoc requests from the team members.
- Monitor administrative procedures and offer support.
- Back up for Personal Assistant of other Directors with the Business Unit.

**Profiel**:

- Experienced Personal Assistant.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (TME business language) & can communicate in local language.
- Highly able to work & perform under pressure.
- Flexible in handling last minute requests and changes.
- Excellent internal customer attitude & people skills.
- Must be a great multitasker.
- Works well in a team as well as independently.
- Discrete, able to handle confidential material and information.
- Reliable and loyal.
- Pro active
- You have excellent contact skills, mail and correspondence can be entrusted
- You are customer-and result-oriented
- You have a sound knowledge of the Microsoft Package - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
