Head of Business Lines

This crucial role inside the Communication Services entity oversees all activities related the business lines and its partners. The main objectives is to ensure that the portfolio of services/products is managed from an European perspective. As CS is a new entity in Sales Europe, the Business Lines division might receive other responsibilities during the year.
**Main objectives**
- Develop and maintain product and services roadmap by incorporating what is available from central teams, other orange organizations (ex DSE and OCD) and 2rd parties.
- Ensure that business requirements are properly translated in product request roadmaps towards the central teams.
- Own the portfolio performance including commiitments
- Participate in the product boards representing Europe and ensure European interests are safeguarded
- Work closely with international marketing to manage portfolio issues and align with other regions.
- Develop, own, maintain and put in place the governance model with the central business line functions
- Develop, own, maintain and put in place the governance model with OCD, DSE, GDO, sourcing, commercial management.
- Collaborate with the Partner Management team and define the right governance model.
Team Managment:
- Manages a team of highly skilled people to deliver the required results.
- Work with the central motherships to optimize the local resource requirements and utilization
- Establish an efficient team management structure
- Develop and coach the team members
- Develop product management framework and approach for Europe.
- Management and people development of the team (manager of managers)
- Create a roadmap for Europe (in close collaboration with Central Teams
Business Management:
- Establish a clear P/L governance within the existing framework. P/L is Communication Services portfolio excluding Consulting.
- Deploy workload forecast methodology to anticipate up and down times
- Provide regular reporting on activities
- Maintain Market intelligence and technology awareness and develop the Intellectual Capital in the territory
- Collaborate with peers inside communication services to ensure total alignment on financial objectives and achievements.
Financial Managment:
- Pipeline management
- Forecast management
- Order management (this is subversive to SVP activities and highly dependent on their input. The objective is to work with the MT to establish the best flow. )
Stakeholder Managment:
- Be part of CS Management Team
- Engage with peers and with right stakeholders in collaborative and constructive model.
- Actively communicate with clients if required.
- Be the promotor of Orange Business
- Develop and maintain high level customer contacts for the maximization of business opportunities and resolution of conflicts
- Build strong relationships inside the central organization.
Transformational & Strategy:
- Together with CS Management team develop the transformation plan to define the future organisation Be the owner of the execution of this plan including the KPI’s

Experience consulting director
Technical capabilities
Excellent Financial and analytical experience. Understanding P/L
Organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.
Proven experience running and Developing Consulting Pre-Sales Activity
Strategic planning abilities.
Hands on and proven experience in the delivery of complex consulting engagements
Excellent skills in communication at all levels
Visionairy in where Orange Consulting team should move towards to.
Preference for vertical understanding is an asset (manufacturing, finance)
Experience in successfully establishing and managing consulting partner network
Minimum 15 years working experience preferably in complex matrix model
