Vier teams van operatoren staan in voor de uitvoering en kwaliteitsbewaking van de productiestappen en dit met vooruitstrevende computergestuurde toestellen.
Om dit te realiseren hebben we ook jou nodig
- Je neemt de leiding van een operations shift, d.w.z. je bepaalt de prioriteiten en zorgt dat deze in je shift opgenomen worden. Je neemt proactieve acties zodat de continuïteit van de processen in de clean room geborgd zijn.
- Je vervult een voorbeeldrol op het vlak van teamwerk-veiligheid-kwaliteit en volume.
- Je controleert geregeld of het werk volgens de afgesproken werkwijzen wordt uitgevoerd en stuurt bij indien nodig.
- Je houdt vinger aan de pols m.b.t. tot korte termijn vragen die klanten stellen aan de clean room en zorgt ervoor dat deze op een vlotte manier mee in de planning en uitvoering worden genomen.
- Indien vereist escaleer je naar de operations area team lead.
- Je geeft input m.b.t. de performantie van je teamleden naar de operations area team lead.
- Je inspireert, motiveert en coacht je team in het streven naar een hoger competentieniveau.
- Je ondersteunt de operations area team lead en engineering bij het uitvoeren van verbetertrajecten.
- Je werkt samen met je collega-WiP leads om het werk in de clean room op een uniforme manier aan te pakken en samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het halen van de vereiste operations KPI’s.
- Je ziet opportuniteiten ter verbetering van de operationele effectiviteit en kaart deze aan in diverse fora.
- Hiernaast ben je zelf operationeel werkzaam in de clean room en ben je betrokken bij het processen van loten.

Wie ben jij
- Je kan vlot plannen en organiseren, je bent flexibel en houdt van een dynamische job inhoud.
- Je bent flexibel en wisselt vlot tussen heel operationele taken en de WiP management taak.
- Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van een team.
- Je communiceert op een objectieve, vlotte en duidelijke wijze.
- Je bent een voorbeeld op vlak van kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid.
- Je weet een team aan elkaar te binden.
- Je volgt nauwgezet op en stuurt bij indien nodig.
- Je werkt in het operations volcontinu ploegensysteem incl. nacht en weekendwerk.
- De internationale omgeving vereist een vlotte kennis van het Engels.
